Booking and Payment

All service bookings are subject to availability. A confirmed booking constitutes an agreement to provide services as specified. We reserve the right to refuse service requests at our discretion.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified at the time of booking. Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure your booking. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.

For photo editing services, payment is typically required before work begins or upon delivery, as agreed upon in the service agreement.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when booking services
• Arrive on time for scheduled photography sessions
• Follow any reasonable instructions provided by our photographers
• Ensure you have the necessary rights to any images provided for editing
• Make timely payments as agreed
• Respect the working environment and other participants

Image Usage Rights

Photography Services

Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights to the edited images as specified in the service agreement. Standard packages include personal and commercial usage rights unless otherwise stated.

Vorxenorghul retains the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Photo Editing Services

When you provide images for editing, you warrant that you own the images or have obtained all necessary permissions. You retain all rights to the original images, and upon completion and payment, you receive usage rights to the edited versions.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by service type. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed refund information.

Intellectual Property

All content on vorxenorghul.world, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Vorxenorghul or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without express written permission.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services:

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

Changes to Terms
